Product and billing
Single Analysis
A one-time AI football match video analysis service. Analysis starts after payment and the result is delivered when complete.
Pro and Ultra
Monthly recurring subscriptions. The registered card is charged on each billing date until cancellation. You may cancel before the next billing date.
Enterprise
Custom scope, pricing, delivery and support terms are confirmed through an inquiry and written agreement before service begins.
Payment
Card payments are processed through Toss Payments. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Cancellation and refunds
Single Analysis: A full refund is available before analysis begins. No refund is available after analysis has started.
Monthly subscriptions: A full refund is available within seven days of payment if the service has not been used. After use begins, the remaining period is refunded on a pro-rata basis with a 10% cancellation fee deducted. After cancellation, service remains available until the end of the current monthly period.
